We want you to be happy with JB Trade Scanner. Try the free 24-hour trial before you buy to make sure it works on your PC.

14-day refund

If the app doesn't work on your computer, email our support email within 14 days of purchase with your order email and a short description of the problem. We'll try to fix it, and if we can't, you get a full refund.

After a refund

Refunded license keys are deactivated automatically the next time the app checks its license.

Parents

If a purchase was made without your permission, contact us and we'll refund it.
